Our spaces
Scenically located overlooking beautiful Darwin Harbour, Northern Territory Library offers a quiet and relaxed environment to visit, study or research. We also present a range of events, exhibitions, award programs and lectures all year round. Our friendly staff can help you explore the Northern Territory’s extensive collections both within the library and online.
IT facilities
Free, unlimited WiFi and public computers are provided. Printing scanning and photocopying facilities are also available.
Parking
Short-term and on-street parking throughout Darwin CBD is metered. The closest under-cover carparks are the City of Darwin’s West Lane and Nichols Place carparks. See the City of Darwin Parking Map for more parking locations including accessible parking bays.
Accessibility
The Northern Territory Library is fully accessible with ramp and lift access. An accessible toilet is located on level 2 just outside the main entrance.
Speakers Corner Café is located within Parliament House. It operates Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 4pm.
