Library & Archives NT has three venues located in Darwin and Alice Springs. It is the Northern Territory's premier public research library and archival organisation, and supports the development of library services across the Territory.
NT Library Relocation
The Northern Territory Library is relocating from Parliament House to the Charles Darwin University Education and Community Precinct, Danala, located on the corner of Cavenagh Street and Garramilla Boulevard in the Darwin city centre.
From Monday 4 November 2024, the lower level (Level 1) of the Northern Territory (NT) Library at Parliament House will be closed and the opening hours for Level 2 will change as we prepare to move to our new venue.
