Shortlist announced for the Chief Minister’s Northern Territory History Book Award 2022

Library & Archives NT is pleased to announce the shortlist for the 2022 Chief Minister’s Northern Territory History Book Award. Twelve entries were received this year and the judging panel nominated five books for the shortlist.

2022 Shortlist:

  • Maisie Austin, The History of the Northern Territory Stolen Generations
  • Catherine Bishop, Too Much Cabbage and Jesus Christ
  • Frank Byrne, Living In Hope; the Complete Memoirs of Frank Byrne
  • Matt Garrick, Writing in the Sand
  • Mark McKenna, Return to Uluru

The winner of the 2022 Chief Minister’s Northern Territory History Book Award will be announced at a ceremony on Monday 25 July at Northern Territory Library in Parliament House.
