Parliamentary Library Service
The Parliamentary Library Service provides information services to the Members of the Legislative Assembly and their staff, as well as the Department of the Legislative Assembly.
The Parliamentary Library Service is available to:
- members of the Legislative Assembly
- staff of members of the Legislative Assembly
- staff of the Department of the Legislative Assembly
- staff of the Office of the Administrator
- staff of parliamentary libraries of other jurisdictions
- former members of the Legislative Assembly
- members of other parliaments
- parliamentary interns or trainees
Opening hours
The Parliamentary Library is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. It is also open during parliamentary sitting days from 8am to 8pm.

The Parliamentary Library Service is located on Level 2 in the Northern Territory Library Parliament House, Darwin. It is best accessed by making an appointment with the Parliamentary Library Service staff.
